Glazed Pecanz with Maple Syrup

The glazed pecans with a splash of 100% pure Ohio maple syrup were actually

an accident. I was making a few different batches at one time (thank goodness

for four burners on the stove) and put in some maple syrup in a batch of the

regular glazed pecans. As they say, the rest is history. They quickly became a 

best seller and are difficult to keep in stock.
